‘HIKE WITH LIFE’ 2020
To continue to encourage healthy habits and behaviours, but also to visit the natural, historical, cultural and rural heritage of our municipality, this year, the “Hike with Life” project will highlight the diversity of landscapes in the territory.
With the ‘Sabugal Respira Desporto’ quality seal, this cycle of hikes also represents a strategy of promotion and enhancement of the municipality. Residents and visitors are invited to walk the tracks and paths of Rapoula do Côa (10th May), Águas Belas (28th June), Batocas (11th October) and Vila do Touro (15th November).
You can enrol at the Parish Council of the place where the hike will take place, by completing the following Enrollment Form or by telephone 271 750 150 (Sports facility and Municipal Pools) until 16:30 on Friday immediately before the date scheduled for the hike.

Costing seven euros, the registration includes breakfast, lunch and personal accident insurance. Payment must be made to the organization’s officials, up to 30 minutes before the beginning of the hike.
We also inform you that you can purchase your ‘Hike with Life’ t-shirt at the Municipal Pools building, Sabugal Museum and Municipal Library, as well as on the day of the hike.
